Erika went out of her way to work with us. She is a person of her word and really delivers what she promises. This is the reason why we are doing this review.

Initially, our concern was that our home may sit on the market for a long time since there was another home just across the street that had been on the market for many months. There  were also many other homes for sale in our area.

We wanted to do our sale right the first time so we did some research on some agents and we contacted Erika for some advice. We met with her and she gave lots of great recommendations that really helped the sale of our home. She has a very good eye for things and she's quick at pin-pointing things that can help improve your sale while staying within your budget. In my case, Erika recommended we stage our home. We took her recommendation since our home  was vacant. Her staging company did an outstanding job at staging our home! She also has amazing marketing tools that set her apart from other agents. The photography, video, and websites that she created to market our home are  extraordinary!

Erika sold out Chino Hills home located at 16306 Sisley Dr., Chino Hills in record time! We were in escrow in only 10 days! We had multiple offers and she even had the appraisal contingency waived. Erika's team continued to communicate through the  entire escrow process as well. From the beginning to the end, Erika really proved to us that she was a result driven agent. I just finished selling my home in Rancho Cucamonga and I was very pleased with how Erika and her team conducted the sale for me.  They are true professionals from the start to finish.  The buyer that purchased my property was relocating from a different state and I needed a longer escrow period for tax reasons.  Erika helped me to negotiate the deal and it worked out great.  

Erika and David helped get me into escrow on a new home in Mission Viejo.  I had to move into a short term rental since my new place would not be ready for several months.  It was the right decision since no one can predict the exact date a builder will be finished and I know the buyer couldn't wait that long for me.

Here is my story.

I live in bay area. I am looking for saler agent to sale my house in Eastvale. I have no idea who can help me to do that. I search online. Find Erika have more than fifty 5 star review in Yelp. I tell myself I really need to call Erika to ask her what she can do for my house.  During our conversation, I found she is very kind, nice, patient listen to me, and protioanlly answer my questions. She has confidence, passion, and lots experience. I feel very positive and want to meet her to have more detail discussion.

Next week, I arrange a trip to Eastvale and shedule to meet Erika in my property. Erika and David walk in my door with great smile. They walk through my property, tell me the current market, and provde me a very good plan to sale my house. Their plan include 6 service and 1 optional service. Wow, I really like their plan. I feel I found a very good team and really know how to sale house. I feel very confident on them and decide to let them sale my house.

I already had an offer on my property when I was in discussions with Erika and haven’t placed it on the open market just yet. I was unsure whether or not to take this offer. Erika never promised that I will get a higher offer, but that there was a much better chance that I would if I place the property on the market so I listened to her advice.

I’m glad I did listen to her. After the first open house, we got 6 offers. I am so happy and cheerful. I don't know how she did. Only one word to describe "AMAZING". We ended up taking an offer that was about $20,000 more than we initially received. We just close escrow this week. Over all the sale was smooth and she got me an all cash offer and I was so happy about the whole thing. I also referred her to my brother who is also selling his home with her now and entered escrow within the week of placing it on the market. That escrow is not closed yet but our family is very happy.

My husband and I just closed escrow on our home in Chino Hills and we were very happy with Erika and her team.  We initially met with Erika and she showed us her marketing plan.  It really showed how detailed Erika and her team are.  My husband and I both have careers in IT and our schedules are very hectic so we wanted someone that could sell our home that we could trust would get job done right.

We sold our house and decided to purchase a bigger for our growing family. We attempted to purchase thru our real estate, who happens to be a friend. She introduced us to her trusted broker. It was the worst decision we ever made. We decided to give up and loose $11,000 + of deposit. If we did not do it, we would have been trapped in a loan that would have caused us more money. We decided to search thru Yelp and we found David and Erika of Remaxx. We were immediately introduced face to face with their broker Armond. Erika and her team are great for buying or selling investment property in Chino Hill and Chino area!  I was very impressed with her knowledge of the surrounding areas, market rents and available rental properties.  I’m happy that she was able to get me into a good duplex in Chino and I feel it is one of the best properties for the value in the entire San Bernardino County.            

There was a lien on the property from the seller that took a little while to clear, but Erika and her team made sure that we didn’t move forward until we had clearance of the lien.  Erika’s fluency with Spanish also helped in dealing with the seller which made things run smoother in the transaction.

My family owned a 12 unit apartment building that we listed with Erika Shinzato and her team.   She exceeded all my expectations in the sale of the property. Initially, I was worried since I live out of town and the property is in Southern California.  Throughout the entire transaction, Erika and her team spent a lot of time over the phone with us and met with elderly relatives of mine in the LA area while taking the time to really make them feel comfortable.
