My husband and I just closed escrow on our home in Chino Hills and we were very happy with Erika and her team.  We initially met with Erika and she showed us her marketing plan.  It really showed how detailed Erika and her team are.  My husband and I both have careers in IT and our schedules are very hectic so we wanted someone that could sell our home that we could trust would get job done right.

We sold our house and decided to purchase a bigger for our growing family. We attempted to purchase thru our real estate, who happens to be a friend. She introduced us to her trusted broker. It was the worst decision we ever made. We decided to give up and loose $11,000 + of deposit. If we did not do it, we would have been trapped in a loan that would have caused us more money. We decided to search thru Yelp and we found David and Erika of Remaxx. We were immediately introduced face to face with their broker Armond. On the first meet, they explained the process of getting approved for a mortgage loan in detail. Erika and her team are great for buying or selling investment property in Chino Hill and Chino area!  I was very impressed with her knowledge of the surrounding areas, market rents and available rental properties.  I’m happy that she was able to get me into a good duplex in Chino and I feel it is one of the best properties for the value in the entire San Bernardino County.            

There was a lien on the property from the seller that took a little while to clear, but Erika and her team made sure that we didn’t move forward until we had clearance of the lien.  Erika’s fluency with Spanish also helped in dealing with the seller which made things run smoother in the transaction.      

I am very happy with Erika and her team and I know that they will be there for me for any future income property investments.  Their professionalism and service are outstanding and I recommend them to anyone 100%!

My family owned a 12 unit apartment building that we listed with Erika Shinzato and her team.   She exceeded all my expectations in the sale of the property. Initially, I was worried since I live out of town and the property is in Southern California.  Throughout the entire transaction, Erika and her team spent a lot of time over the phone with us and met with elderly relatives of mine in the LA area while taking the time to really make them feel comfortable.

Her team works efficiently and was able to sort through all the financial documents including profit and loss statements, tax returns, utility bills & lease documents, etc that was needed by the buyer's lender.  Erika also speaks Spanish fluently which really helped in dealing with some of the tenants during the escrow process.
