The Erika Shinzato Home Selling Team
I joined Re/Max Elite Realty in 2005. My Team is comprised of Highly Experienced Realtors, 2 Full Time Assistants/Transaction Coordinators, and 1 Part-Time assistant along with a structured and organized back office to supplement closings from start to finish and provide the highest level of customer service even after the transaction is concluded.
I was always excited and passionate about real estate and I’m fortunate to be able to apply my skills and my passion to the two areas I love so much, Real Estate and Marketing. By doing this, I’m looking to continue to enhance the value of my profession, and my life. I contribute to people's lives by successfully assisting them with one of the biggest transaction of their lives, the sale or purchase of their home. It is certainly an honor, and I can assure you, I take this very seriously. As a strong negotiator, the structure of my marketing system and the large Re/Max network I’m part of, I have optimized my system so my clients will benefit the most. My Sellers System is structured so that my client's properties are expertly marketed, and ultimately lead to them netting the most money at the end of the transaction. Through my buyers system, buyers will have access to homes before they even hit the market, which can save them tens of thousands of dollars.

My History
I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina where my family lived for 23 years as immigrants from Japan. I came here to the United States when I was 8 years old. This is the reason I'm able to speak, read and write Spanish, Japanese, and of course English. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I attended UCLA and majored in International Relations & Political Science. I worked for Nippon Travel Agency (1995-1996) and thereafter at the Kawahara Law Office (1996-1998) both located in Downtown LA. In 1998 I came about a business opportunity with a friend/partner and was able to form a small Trade Show Business on a part-time basis. We called it Paramount Tradeshow Productions and produced Bridal Shows throughout Southern California.
Little by little, the part time business grew and it became one of the most well known Bridal Show Businesses in the LA Area. My marketing techniques along with hard work and perseverance eventually attracted an average of 2,000 attendees to my shows. In 2001, I sold my business and then moved into Real Estate. My biggest gain from working in the Bridal Show Business was the vital skills I acquired in Marketing that contributed immensely in my success as a Top Realtor. It was through this business that I was able to discover my passion in Marketing and today I use all my Marketing Knowledge and Tools to promote every home I list to thousands of buyers & sellers. My numbers are indisputably unmatched and essential especially when I promote my fine and luxury home listings. I provide an extensive analytical viewer report to all my sellers to prove to them the exponential effectiveness of my marketing. I know that I have done my job when my sellers tell me how amazing their homes look, once I showcase them and how my marketing presentation makes them want to buy their own home!
